If you give in your plot to us then we may build about 10 two bedroom apartments up to 3 stories and may offer up to 3 apartments in return. This depends on what price your plot is currently worth. The same goes for houses if the plot is suitable. If you do not want a property from the development in your land then you may barter with a property that we are currently selling or we can custom-build a property in another piece of land that you own.
